Timetable

Drop off: 9:50AM-10AM (please no earlier)

Start of the Workshop: 10AM prompt

Break: 11:45AM-12:15PM

Showcase of the work: 1:50PM

End of the Workshop/Collection: 2PM

 

Special Note: Those attending the workshop on Thurs 2nd Nov – we would like you to bring a teddy bear to be used as your prop within the routine for this day.

Drop Off 

We appreciate there may be anxiety about new surroundings etc., so we are suggesting, if desired, you accompany your child into the Venue, and we will be at the entrance to greet you and check you in. Additionally, we’re happy to welcome your child in unaccompanied.

 

Showcase/Collection 

Please wait in the café/waiting area to be called in to watch the children’s showcase/collect your child. 

 

Lunch/Break times 

Please provide children with a packed lunch/snacks. Strictly no nuts due to allergies.

All breaks are supervised. 

 

Refreshments 

Supervisors will be available to accompany children to refill their water bottles from a fresh water tap. Please provide refreshments to last throughout the workshop. 

 

Clothing 

Your child should wear comfortable clothing, which will allow them to move freely. Appropriate footwear should be worn, we suggest jazz shoes or trainers.
